These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the DirectionRV website and mobile application (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

DirectionRV is a bilingual (French/English) platform for discovering campgrounds, RV parks, restaurants, gas stations and services across Canada and the United States. The Services include a website and a mobile application.

2. Registration and Account

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. Only one account per person is permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account in violation of these Terms.

3. User-Submitted Content

You may submit reviews, comments, photos and listings through our Services. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute such content in connection with our Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You may not post content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Contains false or misleading information
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited advertising

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or those of other users
• Use the Services to harvest personal data of other users
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Services
• Impersonate another person or entity

Information about establishments (campgrounds, restaurants, etc.) is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this information. We recommend verifying directly with establishments before visiting.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content (excluding user-submitted content) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The DirectionRV name, logo and associated trademarks are our property. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us during the preceding twelve (12) months.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Statement, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the mobile application or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
